Forum Restaurant is proud to introduce a new series of pre-cooked meals, including three signature dishes: "Braised Goose Web and Mushroom in Abalone Sauce", "Braised Ox Tail" and "Pig Lung Soup with Apricot Kernel". These products utilize advanced "Rapid Freezing Technology" to quickly freeze the food in a short period of time, resulting in minimal disruption to the original molecular structure of the food and preserving its maximum flavor and texture! No thawing is required before consumption; simply heat the vacuum package in a pot of water for 10 minutes, and you can instantly enjoy MICHELIN three-star delicacies at home!
